



When I began at Beddy’s each email was created entirely from scratch. We send up to five emails a week (not including A/B testing). Creating each email from a blank slate made the process much longer, created inconsistent branding, and made it hard to implement changes from A/B testing.
I made a series of templates, each in a different brand color scheme. All of the templates had a large selection of mix-and-match modules. Designers could use these pre-programed, pre-designed modules to quickly make a large variety of emails. Each module was already coded for both desktop and responsive viewing. Modules included photo galleries, product cards, headlines, sale boxes, lists, quotes and reviews, and more.
