







From January - June of 2025, I worked with a member of the marketing team to revamp our welcome email flows. We made UX changes, usability changes, and conducted A/B tests. As a result of this revamp, we were able to capture an additional $270,000 in 2025. Emails weren’t implemented until February and then they were released on a rolling basis. For this reason, I anticipate this series doing even better in 2026 as they will have a full 12-months to capture revenue.
