North Star Dashboard

Our North Stars were based on a concept by Stephen Covey called Wildly Important Goals. North Stars or WIGs are goals that employees were to prioritize over their regular work. According to Stephen Covey, part of this process includes accountability, so we created these tracking screens that were fed live information and were shown across all company TVs.
